Located in Puerto Rico since 2006, VARTOR provides consulting, engineering and system integration services. We specialize in the design and development of measurement and test systems hardware and software to address specific needs.

Enrique Vargas is the owner and lead consultant of VARTOR. He has a Master degree in Electrical Engineering from John Hopkins University and a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. Enrique worked as an engineer and technology designer for the Department of Defense and as a test engineer for General Electric.
Enrique is a LabVIEW Developer.
